IDEAL 4810-95EP Error: ERT 04

    Hello,

    My customer switched off their Ideal 4810-95EP Guillotine at the wall prior to the weekend and when they have gone to power it up today (Monday) they find the machine powers on but then shows the error message/code ERT04.

    Could somebody please advise on what this error means and a potential fix please?

    Please check the function and value of the potentiometer, look for his schematic diagram electrical
