You need to replace or possibly lubricant the polygon mirror unit/motor. The mirror module in your case is in the second imaging station.

this mirror works in junction with the imaging laser. It’s either moving to slowly, or not at all.

 

This machine I do not master it well. Please could help me with a picture of where you were talking? Thank you
