Does anyone know which board/box this is?

As title says. Does anyone know which board causes these problems. Tried rebooting several times. No luck

 

First check if the SPS loop is closed.
It looks like a corrupted SPS program. Reinstall it.

 

first you must verify if the loop for the optical fiber at SPS bus is closed, check if both green leds are lit at all sps slaves A350, A354, A358, A359, A352.
check if the UWR is running...
when the sps fail comes if you press the bell icon can you hear the alarm?
you must check many other possibilities before reinstall the MMS programm
