It is important to observe the position of the transport grabs when installing this machine. 1 to 2 (adjustable to non-adjustable)

Thanks for your answer, you meant about this:

9.9 Insert carrier carriaqes - Insert gripper carriages 1 to 8 into press in proper sequence and in machine running direction FORWARD..... etc etc (page 123?) Ok Ill check by a mehanic.

    Please Another question:

    - I found swipped the Input boards 47 and 55 at U1 rack. And i dont know if the technician who made this, keept the same jumper configuration or they swipped also. One of This boards controls the angle encoder and other signals like infeed sensors. Can you tell me the correct position of them please? See next picture attached.

    Thanks

Different jumpers mean different functions. The position of each board and the position of the jumpers is described exactly in the documentation of the specific machine. Unfortunately, I do not have complete documentation of this old machine.

The automatic functions of the machine will not work properly and maybe the machine will not run.
Jumpers can be copied from another machine.

So error 99-10 have relatiĆ³n with position of the position of the transport grabs? There is any sensor that detect a wrong timing of the transport grab and for that reason shows 99-10?

The motorpotentiometer board 4U5 put machine in minimum speed when you just press the run command for the first time, at feeder panel B side there is a button with a function for washing the rollers pressing the center white button the machine start to washing speed now in this momment the relay K2 is active then the speed can be controlled pressing the + to increase speed or - to reduce speed, when you press the +/- keys the motor rotate left or right and move the value of the potentiometer than now is the speed reference at main drive. the other function is in production when machine start printing the las unit get the signal printing pressure on after this momment the machine go to production speed and the keys for increase + o reduce - speed lights on to controlling the production speed.
