how to set intermediate roller in sm52 and cd machines

Please can you tell me how to set intermediate roller in sm52 and cd machines

the adjustment of the intermediate roller is made between the contact of the white roller (ink touch) and the wet touch.

But I want to know how much pressure need to connect with the ink form and dampening from,
And can I set the roller with that both rollers normally, without on position of dampening from and ink form to the plate?

 

Intermediate against white ink tap (3 + 1mm). White ink tap against the plate (4-1mm). Intermediate against damp tap (2.5 + 1mm). Damper against the plaque (5 + -1mm).

Can set this pressure without on position the ink form and dampening from to the plate? Because some engineers setting the pressure of intermediate roller to the ink form roller, they are keeping inking form roller on position.

If you want to adjust the Intermediate rollers at machines with newest softwares you have to run the machine for a while first, then stop it by opening one of the guards, not by pressing the Halt button. This keeps the Intermediate rollers ON. Then inch the press forward to check the Intermediate roller against Dampening form roller 2-3mm.
Inch backward to check the Intermediate roller against 1st inking form roller 3-4mm.
