Sm52-2 table does not go up

A problem with sm 52-2: the reception table does not go up and no defect appears on the screen.

 

Check pile height sensor, most probably it is defective.

 

Hi sir:

1) you must test the main pile motor 11 , if is moving upwards or downwars .

2) if Not, look for the contactor Upwards, what going on, see if there Voltage in the coil of Contactor, and test the contacts , if there defective, dust, or in bad condition and replace it. Of course they are controller for electronic board like EAK-11 +REK2+ESK, see if the signal are o.k , otherwise you must replace, that is must defective.

3) If the contactor is o.k, but the main pile motor is not going upwards, test the voltage in the contacts of contactor, and see if there are some fuses or Circuit breaker tripped,test again the EAK-11+REK2+ESK if defective, and replace or repair.Look for your schematic diagrams electrical
