    Hello!
Any Riso Experts around? My Riso HC5500 I recently got, had a working screen, and scanner copy equipment.
I thought the pressure sense on the screen was stiff, so I went to the screen there I thought it could be adjusted.

After that the screen is not responding, I can not access the copy function, and not log in at all via the screen.

Service Tech is not easy to get in my area.

If you know how to restore it pls advice, thanks.

I tried using a keyboard (attached to the Rip unit), and I could fill the username and password, navigating with the tab key. I could not highligth the button and use enter to get throught. I did not got a mouse at hand, will try to connect a mouse and see what a click can do.

If it is as I think, I by accident turn the touch screen function off, I may be able to reverse it if I can get in, using keyboard and mouse.

The toutch screen is Ok, I see I have messed up the coordinates, and it is no way of setting it right without connecting a computer, which I have not yet done. I have an IS700C PS Rip. I Think I have to find a driver. Anybody who know which driver works on Windows 8, and where to find it?

I mean a driver to connect the computer, the Rip is connected.

Although this may need technical assistance, but you can try warming the screen and the right edge buttons or the touch area where it’s not working. I used a hairdryer.
