I am currently running an AB Dick 9870 that seems to be stuck on impression. It has happened before and I have been able to resolve it by going into "water" and back to "idle/off." However, it will not disengage no matter what I do. I tried a suggestion from someone having similar issues on a different AB Dick and checked the non operator side to see if it was latched by the set screw and it was not. The form rollers are also touching the plate cylinder so I'm not sure if it is a form roller issue or if it is stuck on impression. I do have service tech coming in the next couple of weeks to check it out, but if anyone has any suggestions to at least help me limp by until then, that would be great. Thank you.

If the forms are still on the plate (cylinder) than the operation handle likely has a broken pin; not actuating/ rotating the shaft. Remove the operation handle and check. I would expect you would notice a lack of resistance if this is the case. Could be two separate issues.

I checked the pins on the operation handle and nothing was broken. My service tech told me to check for missing or broken springs and nothing appears to be missing or broken. Thank you for your suggestion.
