Greetings. Help me find a solution to my problem. On the second run, I print the front side of the sheet, the brush rollers stain the sheet. The paint passes from the back to the front. The ink control scale gets dirty, it gets dirty under one condition, if it is located at the very end of the printed sheet. If the scale is below the edge of the sheet by 2 centimeters, then everything is clear. The pressure of the brush rollers is minimal, I tried to put new ones does not help. There are no problems with fixing the paint. I can dry the back of prints for 24 hours, but still the rollers get dirty.

    First things first...is it a 1 , 2, 4 color machine?
What paper you print this job now -gloss/mat/cardboard-?
Is it a 4 color job?

-Check your water solution if it is correct -pH and conductivity-.
-You could add some drier at your inks to help them dry faster. -Also check your inks if left open in the can they get a skin on top-
-Your scuffing happens at all colors or a certain one? Meaning you could print it last or even first so it can dry/absorb more.
-Now that i read it more closely, i presume you have brush rollers at tail of sheet right?
Cant you move roller brushes towards an empty spot in the paper -even in middle of sheet without ofc affecting side lay and register-?

There are no problems with fixing the paint. Water is normal. The paint is fine. I can't move the rollers, there is a scale for controlling the paint along the entire length of the sheet. I tried to move the rollers, any paint gets dirtyCMYK.On matte and glossy coated paper
