CD 102 feeder air problem

Hello I am having an issue with sheet separation. Side air works fine, I'm not getting air to the sheet separator or the foot. I pulled the hose to the feeder and am getting very little air from the line.
I'm showing no faults or errors on the console.

 

You should try to unclog the hose may have powder build up work your way down to pump

 

You should verify whether all pumps in the air cabinet are working, and connecting hoses (in air cabinet) haven't burst or cracked. Due to high heat, it's common for the interconnecting hoses to fail. CPTronics does not show failure of individual pumps, use a cable tie or something similar to stick into fan cover. Keep in mind, because some pumps have interconnecting hoses, you may find the fan is turning, but at a much slower speed than in running condition, due to be driven by air movement only.
