SM-52 auto pile up problem

Dear friends in a Heidelberg SM-52 the feeder pile auto up function not working. Manually it's getting up. When I check in the main control panel one wire without any numbers is open in the device A1. I am not sure whether this should be connected or not. Could someone please help me in this regards.

you must look in your schematic diagram, see for connector 11X1 +11EVM4 X4 +EAK11 XEA:

see if there are are 1) pin corroded 2) loose 3) bad contact 4) dirty, 5) or cut 6) disconnect .7) colder joint 8) dry joint solder in the board with the connector indicated above.

Repair according with the schematic in the Operation panel Control in the Feeder.

However if you have some doubt , let me know with some Pic,

Thankyou for your advice my friend.. the issue was sorted out.. the problem was a wire cut inside the main panel. thankyou once again
