    Hi,

I've got a problem with the controller (aka inverter or amplifier) Fuji FRK-200C-Z10. I'm getitng error RH which means overheating of the regenerative resistor (braking resistor). As far as I can tell, there is no resistor connected. It seems to be a fault inside the amplifier. Reset does not clear the error.

First of all, does anyone know how to clear this error? I'm not able to locate schematics for this amplifier.

I saw another thread about replacing a similar amplifier FRK-200C-ZA with a new third-party like a Lenze. I'm not sure if a common amplifier is suitable for this style of Fuji ES servo motors. In the schematic we can see 6 signal leads from the motor going to A, B, Z, 1, 2 and 3.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Normally all 3 phase Motor, ( supposing) that you have 3 phase Motor in Komori AS I believe there is , the system 3 phase has a Reducing EMI, the circuit that they use to suppress the EMI( Electromagenetic Interference) ,the method is MOV(Metal Oxide Varistor), or RC(resistor -capacitor) or combination from Mov, after the contactor + diode for Coils in DC.

Review in the main contactor, that control the Main Motor, that i am explained to you.Normally is external.

    Blessing
