Hi all, I am experiencing problems with this cutter.
Machine was working fine last week. Switched off and the next day when switched on, nothing works. Only main motor starts but backgauge can not move, manual brake does not release, safety light barrier does not light green.
The operaor seems to think that the machine was accidentally switched off with backgauge control handle in Auto (left) position and this causes this problem according to him.
He says there is a way to reset using small button behind cover to left of display, but he is not sure of the procedure and the machine manuals are missing.

Does anyone have knowledge or information that could assist?

I have tested all fuses, voltages and control voltages and all are ok.
The IO cards all light up red input signals from various switches on machine but hardly any green output lights are lit at all!
Looked for random dry solder points or bad connectors but none found.

Only issue observed was what looks like a overheated component on card IO3. Not sure if this could cause these failures?

Any help or information or service manual would really be appreciated.
    Kind regards

Starting the machine with handle in auto does cause problem. But if you put to central position then turn isolator on again machine should start. Are there any flashing green LEDs on I/O 3

The component in the picture is a resistor bank used on inputs and outputs if damaged board will not function correctly
