Intermediate roller setting

Please can anyone one tell me the intermediate roller how to set to the ink form and dampening, and when can use it on/ off position.

Sx52 2014, and CD 102 2015 , sm52 2007, CD 102 2005, cd CD 4vl 1995

 

Sir, when I was seeing the sm 52 2007 , when I stop the machine intermediate roller is integrated with dampening and ink form roller, and when I use the sx52 when machine is stopped intermediate roller is disengaged from inking form roller.

 

But I want to know these machine model models how to set intermediate roller. And when I am printing the job I have to put dampening roller speed percentage above 50% and some units it's going to above 80%.

 

And some units roller not clean in dampening unit.

 

Dear Raman,
In new versions, you have to run the machine, then open the guard and keep it open, without pressing the stop button, then inch backward to adjust the dampening form roller against the dampening distributor 4-5 mm.
Inch the press forward to adjust the intermediate roller against the dampening form roller 2-3mm.
Finally, inch the press backward to adjust the intermediate roller to the first inking form roller 4mm.
