Polar 76 EM (How to disable push out while programming?)

    We recently acquired a used Polar 76Em cutter and noticed that while programming a cutting simulation that back gauge hits the back of the clamp when we program the cut of 2".

    Does any know the method to disable the push out function, while programming.

    Do you read the operator manual?? has many topics , like you are mention , i recomend it Read first

    Hi Chock,

    Yes I have but to did not find the answer needed. I did however contact Polar and said this particular model did mot have that operation. Only way to correct was to reprogram board.

    You can adjust the front limit switch under the rear table.

    Sorry.

    Is good idea, to adjust the limit switch, under the rear table, look in the schematic diagram electrical, clean it +tight cables+adjust
