Cd 102-4 error paper monitor blanket

I am having the trouble in speedmaster Cd102-4.

I am having trouble in my cd102-4 machine when sheet arrives at pu#4 machine stops with the error paper monitor blanket.

There is no sheet at pu#4 i interchanged the sensor with pu#3 but there is same problem also i had checked the input and output at computer it is ok

 

Might be wiring cut down

 

Hi sir:
1)Test the voltage at the sensor, you can put another sensor, and the problem is the lack of voltage , coming of the amplifier

2) Do very simple with the camera of your cell, look to the sensor , if the sensor is ON, you will see in the camera of you cell, since the normal eyes can NOT see the I.R light, the camera do it.If you can Not see the light, test the voltages in the steps # 1,, and look for bad solders wires, loose wires, .
