    If you think your cards are good.......try unbolting said trouble motor and bolt on another you know works.....quick easy way to eliminate the motor. Its 4 10mm bolts. Usually a plastic/nylon sleeve inside to mesh gears from the motor to the roller shaft......takes like 10 minutes to bolt and unbolt. Cycle power after swapping out motors. Go from there.

    ..."the card...", what card did you check? Multiple cards "speak" to each other.

    All dampening systems are not working without showing any error on cptronic. Do I need to exchange the motor on one another to see whether it works or not

    There are two possibilities:
    1- Machine has lost the variant codes which is common problem on these type of machines of that age. Take a photo from Variant code page.
    Service bottom----> Service bottom 1---> Key symbol
    2- One of the Auxiliary drives has loose or bad connection. Take a photo of HAK motor designation.
    Service bottom----> Service bottom 1---> 123 symbol

    Good luck,

    I have exchanged the dampening motors of all but still no error on CP tronic but dampening motors are not running. By manually, we can rotate the dampening roller. Please suggest

    Thank you so much sir! I verified the variant code. All are correct as it were in the beginning. We are not able to figure out the reason for this breakdown. I have attached the HAK motor designation and ltk connectors. I have checked all fuses of all ltk50 card

    I have seen one thing that 2nd LTK500 card is getting heated when Machine is switched on. Would this be a reason for that ?

    As I told you, none of the dampening motors are recognized by CPTRONIC. It could be a discrepancy in variant code also. How did you check variant codes? Do you have the table?
    Do you have any error for HAK modules?
    Send a photo from variant codes.

    Initial days when variant code was submitted, at that time I had taken the snapshot and it is matching with it. PFA

    So we consider variant codes are right.
    What about the photo from HAK errors?

    On the primary CPTronic machines from early 90's, if one of the auxiliary motors is not recognized, the rest of them will be out of order. On the photo from HAK INIT test, all HAK modules that have FFF5 are meaning loose or bad connection of the plugs under the units. I recommend you to clean all those plugs with a contact cleaner spray, dry with compressed air, re-connect them and try again. You have to concentrate more Suction drum motor at Delivery, dampening motors on PU1 and PU4.

    Good luck
