Our folder timing is out (jaw to tucker). Has anyone had to retime there JT130 folder. Any info would be great. I'm thinking just loosen the bolts on the tucker cyl gear on the gs of the folder (inside gear). But a guy I work with seems to think we need to adjust a air cyl that moves one of the cams. Hoping to take a little bit of the trial and error out of this job. Thanks JHM
Also the knurled rollers for the 1/4 fold. They slipped on folder jam now I retimed them and just wondering if I did it the proper way. I inched the chopper blade to the down position then loosened the knurls and put the center flat spot facing straight down. That was the procedure on a Goss folder so I'm sure I was right delivers fine but just curious. Thanks JHM
