Man Roland 300 - CPL Calibration need

This time I have a problem with the perimeter register engine.

The problem started when the disc could not be removed. The board has not loosened and error b3 has appeared, although it is more likely 63. The error probably overloads the engine.

I launched the LSRHOST software from the console.

Unfortunately, I pressed too much and now the machine requires CPL calibration. My fault but I'm just learning.

When I enter the automatic calibration function, nothing happens even after entering the value -8000, -8000, 0, 10.
The Tighten and untighten function works correctly.
Open and Clamp work well.
I am asking for help in the CPL calibration procedure.
Does the CPL have to be set in the right position?
Sometimes, when I go to Request status, the engines start to move, but to a small extent.
Sometimes, when it does, thermal protection Q041 appears

I haven't removed the CPL team yet and I don't know exactly how.

This means that there is a burned out motor driver (chip). It is located in the outer disk attached to the cylinder. It is easy to change and not expensive. It is easy to find.

 

Where exactly is this engine driver?
I thought that the motors are inside the cylinder and the WEKO controller is connected only via a WEKO transmitter.

 

I have a calibration error so I will definitely have to do it.Can you tell what this procedure should look like? Can a blocked motor not cause Q041 to trip?

 

The motor drivers are located as shown in the picture.
You cannot calibrate until you replace the burnt one.

I thought it was only a transmitter and the driver's engine is on the door (WEKO 204152)

The transmitter must be dismantled. The receiver is fixed with 3 bolts. Inside are the motor drivers. Tomorrow afternoon (Friday) will return to Bulgaria. And see what they are. Do not remember, unfortunately. I made the last burned CPL 7-8 years ago.

 

I have already checked and found a fault. Probably the driver will be all. The 2.2uF capacitor has burned, making a hole. I am in the middle of a repair and tomorrow I will know if it has been repaired.
