We end up having to adjust the Delivery Side Joggers to -6 (which is the maximum) on almost every job / size.
Is there anyway of making this change electronically so that the size preset will automatically set the joggers to say a -6? In other words change the default zero position on the joggers.

I’m assuming you mean a 29” Lithrone, as I’ve never seen a 28” with a delivery preset before. If so, then of course there’s a way, but unfortunately you may have to contact Komori to find out what it is. And that’s also assuming that you mean that both sides need to always be adjusted to the minimum setting. If it’s just one side that needs to always be adjusted, it may not be the zero set on the size adjustment that’s the problem, and could instead be in the way that the sheet is being delivered.

Interesting. When you do a size preset on that machine, does it change both the feeder and delivery, or just the delivery?

Suggest the easiest way is to adjust the size on the pots rather than getting into the back screens and pressing buttons that may or may not be relevant to your issue. Simply adjust the delivery to how you want it and then loosen the 2 grub screws on the potentiometer coupling. Select the relevant side on the delivery toggle switch and rotate the pot until it reads zero. Do up the screws and give yourself a round of applause. Good job.

That is exactly what I'm looking for... now if I could just find where the potentiometer is.. would absolutly feel like a round of applause on start of every job. :)
