The machine unit 3 washup signal not show Cpc.

    Hi everyone,
    I`m from Bangladesh and I have problem with SM-74.
    Unfortunately, my english is not good, but I will try to explain the problem.

    The machine unit 3 washup signal not show Cpc.

    What may be the problem ?

    Please look attached photos.

    there is a detector at the level of the doctor blade before the cleaned sees.

    Clean the sensor and exchange this sensor by the unit-4.. But steel have.

    Most probably the sensor which is detecting wash up blade is defective.

    But i am change this sensor.but steel have.

    That's strange. Which sensor did you replace? Where is it located? Can you send a photo from "Warning errors"? I mean "Yellow error"

    Sir not come any dyn or ins error and code. Just washup signal not show cpc.

    I told you "Warnings" not DYN or INIT errors. You can see "Malfunctions and Warnings" by pressing "#" button.
