I just need instruction on how to get the image onto the envelope or paper. The image shows up good on the blankit but is not transferring to the image when it comes out. I know that there has to be an adjustment of some kind. Thanks Bart

Bart on some AB Dick presses there's a little square light button that makes the impression come on. Could be right next to the speed control knob. The twin tower Ryobi/AB Dick/Hamada presses I've run all have this feature. With impression on it will be lit. Off will not be lit. Press the button on/off and you should see it light if your machine is like this. Could also be the impression trip sensor. Dirty or not working. Sometimes there's a small toggle switch to turn in on/off. So check the sheet path and all sensors. Sometimes it's just a little thing like this. Good luck.

Hello, thanks for your reply, however I was thinking the only way I may be able to solve this is to take a couple of photos of the press and upload them and email them to you as you seem to know what you are talking about but I am new to this press and need guidence. Is there any way we can do this? Thanks again Bart at borkline@gmail.com

No the 9810 does not have this feature, its just a little latching adjustment on the non-op side

Your are correct. I was thinking the 9810 was like the 3302. But it's the smaller direct feed version. My bad!! :)

Have you resolved the issue? This may be obvious but did you pull the latch all the way down? Also have you gotten any prints off this press before? The reason I ask is that I've had a blanket so bad that it didn't even come up high enough to make an impression. Good luck.

Might need adjustment on the catch latch if it’s feeding fine and the the fingers are sensing a sheet going through.
