Cross ink key

Hello everyone
After cleen all ink keys in our lethron l40 and install again all ink key show cross feeding if any one know about this please repl.

Most of the times happen this:

1) the dirty is the worst enemy of electronic devices, please clean very well all Edge connector from boards key, and look for dry +colder joint solder, look for loose wires, or connectors., or key in short-circuit, that will be put all the keys in Short-circuit, test easy with some DMM in Continuity.

2) Or the board is faulty, replace or repair.

Thanks for your valuable advice. Naw I am facing another problem in machine.
Machin show PUDC 1 comnucation error . I was try to bypass the cn1 and cn2 in every unit but still it was showing PUDC 1 ERROR.

 

Test the power supply for PUD,
2) look for loose wires in the connector.
3) flat cable or ribbon cables faulty, or dirty, or loose.
4) interchange the cables and electronic board, and see if the problem fix it.
5) clean very well the connectors, from dust, corrosion, etc.
