Baldwin drymaster IR bulb issue

installed brand new bulbs (2) wont come on. No error message. Marked wires but wondering if i marked them wrong. There is 2 black wires, a brown & blue total of 4. Have no access to a meter either or any schematics. I have the brown going to wht.on bulb for D.S. & Blue going to wht. on bulb for O.S. that is for back bulb. Front I have black to wht. on D.S. & Black to wht. for O.S.

Finally i have the tech documentation with the schematic diagrams

1) Attached is there the connection for the lamps;

2) Remember the power supply 240Vca, attached is there completely.

3) please see the you must connect any wire( it does NOT matter the colors) 1 side:# 29 +30 coming from 240Vac

4) The other:# 31+32

5) the connector is: # 101(29)+ # 102(30) +#103(31)+# 104(32).
