Ryobi 662 PFH delivery adjustment?

    Hi Egorus. Are the chains too slack ? if you go under the feed board to where the chains go around the cylinder try and move the gripper bar by pulling it towards you. If you can move it easily then they need adjusting. This is done at the delivery end where the chains go around the final sprocket. There are two bolts one each side that push the sprocket towards you. Adjust so you can get hold of the gripper bar when positioned in the delivery about half way before the sheet drops. It need about 15mm movement up and down. After this adjustment is made check the movement under the feed table again. If there is still excessive movement the chains need replacing Please let me know

    1+0, 2+0 or 0+1 print OK. This means that a sheet of paper is not transmitted in the same way when printing 1+1.

    Looks like the chains need replacing. where are you based. Have you a local engineer

    Need to loosen the shoulder bolts of all grippers at the same time?
