Does anyone know what the sheet arrival timing should be on a 2008 CD102. I have checked the arrival and right as the sheet hits the headstops I am showing around 190°. The feeder is a preset plus and we have recently been having issues with getting sheets to run. When a sheet finally jams it tears off at the headstops and occasionally the grippers have grabbed the sheet anywhere from 3 to 7 inches away from the edge of the sheet. Otherwise we can get the press to run about 11,500 and hour for about 1,000 to 3,000 sheets before this happens. The inconsistency of having getting a bad sheet has me baffled. We only run 60# C1S and I have tried running with stock from two different suppliers and have gotten the same problems on both. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi sir:

For your model Feeder PPF CD 102: value tables of the sheet alignment system (CD 102).

Front lays/pull lays drive belt without torque, front lays on the
table and roller levers of the double sheet detector in upper
    resting position.
    Degrees :185...230.

Rotary valve (feed table) pegged out: Degrees : 26

    Blessing

    Dear Kris
There are many things that you have to check at preset plus feeder.
First, check if there is any wear in the tooth belts. Or pulleys for any wear or jam.
    Then you have to check:
-Rotary valve, clean and check the bearing, and its freely rotation.
-Check the adjustment of the feeder to the press: engage the feeder, inch forward and check the 10 mm pin hole at the double cam (upper position) at 40.3° with the side frame DS.
If this is not the case, you have to set it by loose 4 screws at the feed drum and turn the machine to the desired degree.
    Good luck.

Thanks for all the replies! We ended up finding quite a few belts with wear so we are starting there. Fingers crossed that once they are fixed we can get back up to speed on this press.
