Try to activate it and increase its speed from the CPTronic display.
In your machine the ink fountain is auxiliary drive not servo drive.

    Hi sir:
I would like to know what cpc or cptronic do you have ? is Modular or Compact?

in any case you can try to exchange the board from some unit that is working , with the Unit that is NOT working
If work, you know the problem.

If the problem persist after exchange the boards, check: a) Edge connector, and clean very well, all sockets, and look for any wire loose, or broken.

    Let me know

    Blessing

    Hi sir:
I must remember you , that you must have some Knowledge +skill of electronic Tech, otherwise you make a mistake, or use some electronic tech or Some Professional electronic Engineer.

    1) Attached is there the example for Cpu 8086: a) Pin 40 is the Power supply or Vcc, in this case +5VDC, Must be in tolerance, example if you are measuring with DMM, for +5Vdc and you get 5.3Vdc the power supply of the machne is faulty, is out of tolerance, repair or replace, the CPU will NOT work!!

    2) In the same way b) Pin 19 for CLK (Clock) you must measure according with the Data sheet of Manufacturer( search in Google ) and get the Mhz, you can measure in 3 ways: 1) Most of the Good DMM like FLUKE; has section for to measure the Frecuency or Mhz 2) Using a professional double tracing Oscilloscope for to measure the Frecuency( MHZ) 3) Using a Professional Frecuency Meter.

    3) You can Reset too in the Pin # 21 Vs Gnd( Ground) Pin # 20

    Hope you can understand.

    Blessing

    Hi,
I guess you did not select PU1 ink fountain roller in "Pre-sellection menu". You have to enter to the menu and may find an "arrowshape" button to extend the menu, then you will see the ink fountain select buttons for all printing units.
I don't believe your machine has an electronic or electric problem. I assume it's operating adjustment.
Never and ever try to make an external reset on CPU, the electronic module will damage definitely. You can make an initialization reset on SAK module if necessary. It will reset all electronic modules in electric cabinet.

    Good luck,
