    Dear all,

Ive been strugling to find out what's going on with bizhub C3350 when printing colour.
If I print grayscale all looks perfect. If I print colour the letters are not aligned and looks like I'm drunk and seeing multiple letters as per the example attached. 20200427_133411.jpg
A friend told me was from sensor under transfer belt. But I swapped with another printer and the problem remains...

    Any ideas?

I also have a problem with scanner, always Unlock scanner lock lever. I've even measured flat cables for continuity and all looking ok.

    All ideas welcome,
    Thanks,
    David

I’m not sure exactly what sensor your friend is speaking of, but there should be a color registration sensor at the top of the belt, looking down to the belt’s surface. Usually right after the black imaging unit. The sensor reads the location of black, and uses it as a benchmark for all other colors. Quite often it gets dirty, and fails to accurately read the location of black, sometimes it can fail, and will require replacement.

usually cleaning it does the trick.

    Good Morning,

Thanks for your help. Indeed was the sensor. However as i told before i had swapped the sensor with another printer. So after a few minutes thinking it could only be the cover of the sensor not opening when printing. So i removed the sensor cover and voila... now its printing well in colours.

Now i need to check the other issues. The Scanner and i just realized that when printing both sides the second page gets jammed halfway of the fusing unit.
i swapped fusing unit and its not from there... need to check further.

    Regards,
    And Thanks for help again.
