Xerox 7655 Lines across print

I have a Xerox 7655, 2 lines across all the print appear on all colors, i already replace the belt, change the drums of one color to another with the same results. I already try to make a print and stop the machine inmediatly to be able to view the toner-image on the top of the carrying belt, the lines appear also on the carrying belt before touching the paper, even before belt turn down

 

Update, I make a 13x19" print and a letter size print with the same image and the separation between this 2 lines reduces in the same ammount !, it looks like a driver error, any advice ?

 

There’s nothing contacting the belt? Such a poorly disengaged cleaning station, or cleaning blade? The lines appear as soon as the drum deposits the toner on the belts surface?

does the machine have a controller? Or just a driver kit?

Is there another driver available for you to try? I can’t confirm it’s the driver, but I can’t really pin it down to hardware either. If it’s not the belt or belt peripheral , it would have to involve 4 pieces of hardware failing simultaneously and in precisely the same spot. Impossible.

 

I was trying with Windows 7 x32 machine and Global Printer Driver v3 but with this driver I can't choose different papers (Matte, Glossy, Common, transparency, etc.); it sends the image as "common" paper no matter what kind of paper I choose. What driver do you recommend for 7665 ?

 

Problem almost solved, i change the driver for an old windows xp x32 using windows 7 x32 and the lines disappear !, now i don´t know how to use the new Global Driver, this driver not show the correct size of papers (13x19") or the 5 trays, only show "Automatic, Manual tray 1 (mbt), and tray 2"

 

You’ll need to go into the driver preferences and configure it to what the machine is capable of. You may also notice certain capability loss such as unable to staple, make booklets, or duplexing.

 

I don´t know how to make Global Printer Driver compatible with the 5 trays, only show 2 trays
