Polar Mohr 115Cs/ SL 5131080 Photocell problem

Have a good day..!!

Above subjected machine’s all safety lights(from left side) are working and receiver side(right side) ‘Ready light’ (showing in video with finger)not coming at all..(even not blinking), so knife not coming down..!!

Checked light beams are perfect to the receiver.

Could you lease help in details ...

We are stuck with corona epidemic and expert people are out side the city

Please the following test:
1) the light bemas are Not set up; adjust them very well

2) the photo elements or photo cell does not show sufficient read;
When photo elements have full light, voltage must not exceed .12 volts~ Normal reading is
.07 to .08 volts

3) Lenses of lamp- and/or
photo-element housing are dirty

4) Voltage for proyector lamps is too low( emission); Voltage of projector lamps must not exceed 5.5 volts as otherwise their durability will be
decreased.

5)a) Signal lamp faulty; Pull out signal lamp and replace it.
b) Connection between signal lamp and photoelement plate faulty.; Check connections. Replace photo-element plate LSF (El,
c)N.O. contact of relay de 37 d); Replace card No. 9. resp. No. 9 (LSE). faulty

Thank so much for your detailed quick reply, checked your points and I would like reply as below.

1- hope light beams are good
2- projector side (left), receiver side(right) and Signal lamp etc, some multimeter readings photos have attached.

5(b)- checked the connection between signal lamp and Photo element plate, its okay

5(c)- couldn’t find the relay de 37

If you think the signal lamp is faulty, can you suggest any possible way? Because same parts getting is difficult due to lock down.

 

Hi sir:
1) you have the lighst beams very low, 4.09 Vca , attached is there the voltage that must use example 5.5 VCA you must increase the Primary Tap in main transformer of his machine, in order to increse the Tap of secondary for add more voltage to the section 5.5- 7 Vca, in that way the bulb will be have Min 5.5Vca for to increase the emision othewise the fotoceld amplifier will NOT will and the Red or Yellow signal lamp will NOT lit!!

2)the measuure for photocel is faulty, you are measuring .28Vdc, maximun Vdc will..12Vd !!!!!!, in the test point Yellow in right side , you measure the
.12Vdc for Photocell, when you have adjust the a) Voltage for bulbs b) and adjust the focus from Bulbs to the photocell.

3)Attached is the schematic for how to work the light barrier and connector, +signal, you must the relais d37, in the board #9, if the amplifir they Not get enought ligh for activate the photocells, will NOT go enoughc voltage for the amplifier, this will NOT activate the coil for the relais D37, BY OTHER SIDE attached is the schematic for H34 signal lamp, if the lamp is NOT coming LIT because photocell is faulty, or receiving enough voltage from Light beam, or because the H34 can be faulty, the N.O relaid 37 will not pass signal from H34 in order to activated amplifers show to the left side.

4) please review too the power supply +24 +5Vdc tolerance will be 0.7% up or down

Please review carefully, i can supply parts. But need the : 1) serial number 2) model 3) parts number
