The compressor seems to be working. It builds pressure. When released to the press it quickly loses pressure. There are no leaks except the valve box on OS access on each unit. When valve boxes are resupplied individually it holds. Extra kicker it only leaks on the last 4 units and not the first two.

    Hi sir:

If I can understand well, you say has Leaks in the las 4 units? if this true, please Review
    the Pneumatics:

    1) Test the Valve assembly - printing unit ( in the each- last 4 units has you mention) in O.S

    2) Test Valve assembly - pressure intensifier( in the each - last 4 units) O.S

    3)..3Y12 Impression on/off step 1 +..3Y48 Impression on/off step 2( in the each -last 4 units) O.S
    4y12 +4y48
    5y12 +5y48
    6y12 +6y48 ...................................................................................................

Finally look, for any clamp, hose, or tube, leaking, faulty, O-rings, faulty, retainer, Spring.or defective

    Valve completely.

    Blessing.

Is this equipped with the Atlas Copco or Heidelberg AirStar? What model year? When you open OS cover, the air you hear leaking is on the bank of valves? Is your air dryer working?

    Hi,
I assume the press has been standing still for while and some of the solenoid valves and pneumatic cylinders are stuck in the middle of struck. Try to engage and disengage all the solenoid valves from last two units by pressing the button on them. It may help.

    Good luck

Everything is working fine now. Seems to be valve's stuck open. I came back the next day. Plugged everything back up and it worked just fine.
