It has a circle, with the circle open on top, with matching arrows. Inside the the circle is a depiction of a sheet of paper with an arrow going through it.

Also, if you do not see it on your display, CPTtronics is not recognizing it is there, maybe because the motor/potentiometer has failed. In that case, you may be experiencing arrival issues because you do not know the position of servo...it may be fully retarded or advanced.

Ooooh I know it now. Is it off when it's lit or is off when the light beside it is off?

When I stop the feeder and remove the first two papers on the feedboard then inch to 238 degrees and engage the hand wheel and remove the two bolts on the timing sprocket on the drive side of the feeder and then I rotate the handwheel anticlockwise until the paper arrives at front rays not paper arrive sign is shown on the display.

Yes. You’ve had no formal training on this machine, have you? Good luck

But the procedures you told me guys I followed them. I don't know where am missing it.
On sheet arrival if I got you well, you said I should run the machine at 3500 as the manual writes then hit the emergency button as the first paper is at front lays, and remove the first two papers the. Inch the machine to 238 degrees. Engage the handwheel and hold it for the stream of papers not to move and then take out the two hexagonal bolts on the timing wheel at the DS of the feeder. Rotate the handwheel anticlockwise until the first paper approaches the front rays and when is the alignment bar on display I should stop there and tighten the bold at the timing wheel.

Have tried this but no any alignment bar comes on display as the handwheel is engaged.

Tell me the steps which am jumping or where am wrong.
    Thanks in advance

Do you not have an operator manual? Start stream down, once it arrives at register plate, depress e-stop. Remove first few sheets. Depress safety for inching mode. Engage feeder start. Inch press forward slowly while watching display for alignment icon...if you reach prescribed degree value and no alignment icon shows on display, this is the point you loosen clutch bolts to advance the stream until you see icon, it's a hit/miss procedure. Conversely, if your alignment icon illuminates before you reach degree value, you must do the opposite.

Hi guys, sorry for taking long without giving you feedback was occupied with some jobs. I want to appreciate for the help you rendered to me, I have learned an of things on those timing error. The main problem on the machine was the intake grippers that's what caused all the problems. The grippers had a small gap they couldn't hold the paper. One of the pneumatic cylinders that stops the grippers bar in position had a fault.
