Man Roland 300 - problem with BKF12 error 38

Good day.

I have a problem with the Roland 300 machine.
The machine does not start. After turning on the sound signal, then I press the button to turn on the main relay and start the engine for 1 second and STOP.

The screen shows an error:
UWR: Die Maschinendrehzahl ist unzulassig

or

HA: Drehzahlerfassung

There is error 38 on Beumuller BKF12

I checked:

Wiring between the incremental encoder (1024) => BKF12, I also made a new cable.
Second used encoder (1024). I checked the next encoder (3600) and changed the parameter to BKF12 to 3600 (P143). Always start the machine, only 1 second.
I checked the BKF12 parameterization
I checked the brushes on the Baumuller GNAG132 engine, they are all very good, the motor was completely repaired 2 years ago.

Is this a problem with BKF12?

Check the machine sensor. Check that the degrees change correctly. The same is the case with the wrong direction of travel. Is the machine installed now or has it been running for a long time?
PP check parameter 142 with what is written on the mаin drive parameter disk.

 

The machine stops every dozen or so degrees, about 30 deg.
Can a problem also arise with the second absolute encoder?
The error description signals to check the motor armature. Could this be a problem if the engine starts for a while?

Armature have about 80ohm, i check again.

[BKF12] K1 / [K3] and K2 / [K1] on main drive activated; deactivated only when machine speed is „0“
K2 [K1] (main drive) closes bypass via +Ax -A343 K1 and K2 (necessary for 4-quadrant-run)
K1 / [K3] (main drive) closes the circuit to -K022
UWR-Relay on -A566-board (-K3) is activated
-K022 is activated
With -K022 (contactor break release) micro switch -S804 is closed
High-signal on PIN 18

It rotates about 30 degrees
In fact, there was a voltage drop on that day, but earlier this error also appeared at start-up times.
The fuses are OK, I checked at the beginning, the engine started.
