Polar Mohr 115EM blocking itself after cut.

Good day, everyone. Its my first time posting here.

Anyways. Machine works as it should most of the time, but it blocks itself and doesn't recieve any input until it is turned off and back on. The problem has been appearing more frequently and the only code it shows is a 970 on the left display.

Contractor keeps sending us electronics boards but none of them seem to have any issue.

Any advice is well received since I have no information related!

POLAR EMC MONITOR, OR POLAR 115 EMC FROM 1978 or send me the ID plate from the
machine in order to help you

An error Code like 970 is impossible in the EM machines. There should be 2 digit code in the rightmost display. Even in ED, there is no such code as 970. Can you please post a photo of the displays after the problem pop up?

Please indicate always serial number, model, year

970 as colleague say, There is NOT known error code in EMC machines.

1) Check +42Vdc in plug CU9,2 (Safety Bolt)

2) See basic condition de Led´s V14+V18 both OFF IN BOARD HK, IF ONE IS LIT EXCHANGE HK

3) See Led´s conditions; V1=OFF +v3=ON +V19=off +V23=OFF, if one of condition in BOARD IAR is contrary , exchange IAR.
