Heidelberg diana

Hi guys. Maybe someone know what is going on with our machine or someone even expirienced this. Have heidelberg x80 diana year 2015 and it has problem with lateral movement off stations.

All stations on BUS1 stopped working. On some electronic indicators of lateral position (siko ap04) values are fliped for 180 ° on others it says FULL and ones just have large number displayed like 65000.

I tried to calibrate all indicators siko but after few minutes they all went "crazy" again. On one indicator screen is broken and I tried without that and problem is still here. I have access to calibrate this indicators but don't know how to write ID or IP address for it?

I attached picture of all indicators in non working status, after some minutes they all went green and I could calibrate them, but few moments later again all losses position. What should I check next? Mayve try to eliminate which is corrupted and try calibrate without it, should this be problem if one is corrupted they all stop working? They are connected in sequence.

 

The problem was in AP04 electronic position indicator. I have eliminate it by remowing one by one until system stay normal.
