Error F0902

    We have a GL40 (GL540c), 2011 model which is showing a PLC Battery error. We have changed all the batteries that we know of, 1= VIMC, 2= GPU, and 3= PLC. the problem is that we can not get rid of the "F0902 "error that is displaying. Are we missing a battery somewhere? if not, how do we cancel the error out? At this stage I am not turning the machine off at all as we do not want to lose any DATA stored on the machine.

    PLC battery replacement should do it. Not sure but it might take a machine restart to clear the error. Call Komori to find out. I want to say that the data being protected by the battery isn’t your critical (CPU) stuff, and you can write it down or take screen shots first if you’re worried about it. It’s mostly on press settings like the oscillator charge degrees, etc.

    After a changing a Plc battery you must go to PQC touch panel ant you confirm that you have really changed a new Battery

    hi, did you replaced the battery of the PLC? will you be able to share the picture of the LED status? There is a procedure of resetting the data of the PLC. It has to be done once the battery replaced.
