DX5 printhead bad test

Hi guys, I have a sunjet flatbed uv printer with a epson dx5 printhead, it just started printing really weird, I've uploaded a test strip i hope someone can help it's been down for 2 weeks

 

This will be problem with print head cables. Try clean or replace head cable and check again.

 

Hi Igor thanks for your reply, I have changed the head cables with no luck, could it be the head control card or the mainboard? or maybe the long cables from the mainboard?

 

This problem will be caused by boards too. You have only one head in your printer or more if more you can change conection place on board for test. You can give photo boards and carriage assy from your printer.
