fuser drive NVM

    All, cant remember if i ever made a thread on this... but its happened before... I just upped the fuser speed....

    whats happening is, it LOOKS like the paper is entering the fuser slower than the pre fuser vacuum transport is pushing it in, and wrinkles up into the bottom of the oil tray... Causes smudged image on inboard trailing edge.

    anyone else ever have this?

    Yes, I've seen that. There's a DC program that adjusts the prefuser transport speed in relation to the pr belt and fuser.

    yeah I fiddled with it again and got it to stop smudgin ;)
