I am trying to draw off my feeble memory on this one. This machine has no slide out cassette, and the cooling jacket directly above the lamp fixture, correct? Until Heidelberg redesigned their delivery side frame to accommodate a slide in IR cartridge, the procedure to replace lamps was a chore. It basically boils down to removal of fixture, or if you're feeling adventurous, remove the stainless delivery belly pan to access from below.

Hey Jack, Given your pic of the slide out cassette, I must say that it should slide out without any further disassembly. The only fastener should be a 6mm (5mm Allen head) bolt on the bottom of the cassette face. The cassette is resting on rails traversing across the delivery frames.
