removing the ink fountation

today i remove all the ink fountation at the blue section.i clean all with grease and then put in the section.now i cant do this registration oth those inks fountation bcs its my first time that i do this.canany body tell me how to do or have anybody any manual of this.

Great job Enry! It would have been a LOT easier , if you have asked first! Well, please tell me the serial number of the press, and I will send you instructions how to set zero possition of the ink zones. Next time , ASK FIRST

I asked for the serial number, not the type of the press. Anyway, i posted the complete instructions for the ink fountain. STUDY it very carefully. If you feel that you are not up to it , call a service techician to help you. DONT rush into things, study and think your every move. I hope this pdf will help you

I have QM DI classic (ser no 990589). I think that some of ink zones on my press need to be readjusted. If all zones are set to zero and stroke for example set to 4 then i can see on ink fountain roller that some zones are darker then other zones. This is much visible on cyan and yellow unit. I have manuals for plus version but not for classic. Do you have instructions in pdf for setting zero position of ink zones for Classic? I can print with current setting without problems but still want to set-it-up correctly if it is not that complicated.

you must be crazy , if you'r pressman really has moved 12 ink's knifes for cleaning.
You need special tools and some know how, to set them again.

Davor, your case is a lot easier. The only problem is , that if you want to go by the book, you have to take out the foils and the aerostop tape (foam tape). Then you insert 0,1 mm feeler between the inkzone and fountain roller. If you can do it without taking out the foils , do it. It is easier to adjust a uniform ink film , than insert feeler tapes. Be carefull with the ink motors. I wouldnt turn the grub screws, like the book says. I would take out the ink motor and turn the motor coupling, its a lot easier and safer. Again dont rush into things, read the manual carefully, be sure about your moves and call a technician if you dont feel confident about what you do.
