Komori sprint double sheet dedector problem

Hi,
We have a printing press KOMORI 2 COLOR SPRINT 226 (PERFECTOR)
We are facing an electronic problem the double sheet dedector light on control panel are blinking continuously.

Can you suggest something in this regard. I would be highly obliged for your time and efforts.

Hi. Sounds like the timing from feeder to grippers is off, refer to your book for exact degree of the pass off from the grippers. Adjusting them is pretty straight forward and explained in your book.

 

I am not familiar with that press.. but I noticed You have both the left and right "Side Lay Detector" on ?

 

The cause of the controll panel to flash is a shorted wire located right where the wires run into the steel tube near the imp. sensor. Another point of Short is at the wires exit point near the operator side guide.
