Polar 92 EM MONITOR

I have a Question about a Polar 92 EM Monitor guillotine. I have worked this machine for nearly 19years for a business, that business is closing and I have brought this machine for a home based business, I do not have 3 Phase power at my house so I have also purchased a brand new Phase changer 6kw system. the machine turns on as normal and wants to scan reference point when I do this it moves forward from the back but stops at about 435mm and trips out the Phase changers 15amp trip switch. I have inspected wires and have removed front and rear covers and have found no obvious faults. any help would be greatly appreciated! geoff

I can understand: that you buy one converter for to get 3 phases in your home.

However as Professional Electrical +Electronic Engineer that i am by over 47 years, i can tell your the your system
wires insides of your home , the diameter is NOT is the Proper Gauge for carried out amperes necessary that you need with your load machine.

The machine has 2-3 motor and has Heavy Resistive Load for your system wires houses, and C. breaker( not designed according to the actual Load).

I strong recommend you, that you call some electrical tech, and make the properly changes wires gauges and C.breaker in order the machine work properly.

I did this a LOT of times, around the world including in USA, where i did live for 10 years and studied.
