Hello car 2000 year of release. On the move, the printing process stops. Error small compressor Pneumatics pressure. Found a strong air leaks in the hoses are eliminated. But the pressure is still falling.

If you have a lot of small air leakes it won't work. Have to eliminate them... Sometimes when press is running there is air leak at stand still there is nothing. What is capacity of air reservoir of compressor? How much pressure can it hold, if it is enought you can adjust pressure switch?

We've disabled all noise-generating devices. In manual mode cp2000 included in the queue of the printing apparatus, a colorful moisturizer. On and off. But they didn't find any air leaks. Max value 11, min 6.5 bar.
Have tried adjusting the pressure switch with help of the screws and springs but it did not.

If you don't have 6,5 bar at manometer then you shouldn't run press. But if there it is you can just bridge the pressure switch, and buy a new one and replace it.

You can try turn off exit valve off compressor, does it reach his max value if not service compressor. I would check oil, filter if nothing call service guy or maybe change compressor if you have any replacement.

You can try to close exit valve of compressor and if reachs his maximum value just open valve back to press...

This may have been mentioned, but if you've noticed that when press is at standstill, and there is no audible indication of leaks, and pressure reaches high level and remains there, but when you're running and thereis a drawdown enough to halt the press, you must keep in mind that the valves and actuators have changed positions. Also, you may wish to inspect under the covers on the gear side, via the drop down plate cylinder gearing cover, and look for aeration (misting) of oil. As to the compressor failing, I recently had a customer who experienced a similar issue on an SM74, Atlas-Copco tech came out and deemed the screw compressor had a major internal failure and could not produce the required volume. Might you have a central central shop compressor that you can feed the press with?
