Polar 115 emc

I have a polar 115 emc that when pressing the pedal the clamp will not come down all the way. If you keep pressing the pedal the clamp comes down. The same problem with going back up. However when you hit the buttons to cut it comes down fine but won’t go back up unless you repeatedly press the pedal. Anyone have any ideas I have no documentation for the cutter and can’t seem to find any online.

1)Test s309 switch connection according to wiring diagram,this switch is the plastic cam when you press the pedal activate the switchclean it, tight the wires , adjust it, or repace if the contacts are defective .

2) adjust the plastic cam to the switch, clean it or replace if is defective.
