GTO52 2 color Feeder problem

    Hello, can anybody know how to adjust the Swing gripper at the feeder. trouble is Paper tearing at the swing gripper only.

    Likely the set screw in the eccentric adjustment for swing gripper opening cam (release to impression cylinder) has loosened. Much has to be assembled to work on it, but look for 17mm hex, and put spanner on it and lightly try to turn it. If it moves freely, the eccentric may have to be replaced. I may be misunderstanding you, are you saying you see it tears sheet visibly at the feedboard?

    Is the swing gripper simply not opening in some places?
