Gotta be a loose cable between the console and the control cabinet?

The problem might be with your CPC, not the actual machine itself, FFFF means no fault, have a look at the CPC, may be open the covers and see if all the power supplies are running and lit green

Hi yes I did check all the power supplies are on tested all the voltages the only thing that had me in a pickle was the 8V when measuring 18v when both power supplies are on if you disconnect anyone then it goes to 8V but I checked the other machine which is a sm-102-5p that was around 15v when both cards are on

    Hi sir:

    i saw your post.

The colleague Waqas, he said correctly the FFFF, is NOT signal for faulty.

Measure the power supply in your CPC, the tolerance must be 3 % up or down. you must replace or repair.

Since you are saying that 8 Vdc is measuring 18Vdc?, is indicative the electronic board is in short circuit, you must repair or replace.

Example is you are measuring +5vdc, and you got it 5.3 ! is faulty.!!

Of course every power supply the GREEN led must be LIT, the lack of Green is indicative :

    1) missing power.

    2) out of tolerance.

    3) measure the input of the CPC, and adjust the TAP of primary of Transformer according if you have 220Vac or 380 Vac up or down , adjust according with some tech electrician.

Since the Higher Voltage can damage the Power supply for Peak, and transient Phenomenon in Electrical Engineering.

In the CPC where the TSK board is installed, I assume that is the extreme right, there is a flat connector on the backplane right behind where the TSK board is located, I assume I look it up in the CPC wiring diagram, this particular connector is labeled as PF MON I am not exactly sure on the description, have an electrician look it up in the diagram, try removing that connector and try running these motors then.

Secondly pls also share a picture of the power supply, I want to see if all are green.

Thirdly look for a board called GRM, this particular board has a number of fuses on it, see if these fuses are OK.
