Impressia Toner issue

    Went to replace K and replaced and still asks for new K. Any one else ever have this issue.
    It takes a few times and finally will show a k with a question mark. It will print a few copies then ask for K. Also says something supply toner. It's @xante toner brand new. Anyway to reset this. Clean sensor inside machine.

    yes.... we've had this problem too. It will sometimes see genuine toners as "independent supply" meaning it thinks the toner is not genuine. The machine should still function as normal, it just doesn't recognize the toner bottle. I think Xante will replace these if they are still full as defective or you can just run the machine and ignore the question mark until you replace the toner again. We haven't found anyway to reset the toner bottle, I think something happens in the chip on the end of the cap that makes the machine no longer recognize it.
