Hi, hope all are having good times with Igens! I'm just curious, how many of you have to print big lays of colour on xxl size sheets. Unfortunately I have to print solid colours with small text in the middle, my issue is all the banding marks on the solids, lighter colour more poo-poo, is the Igen only good for text on xxl? Is there a way to improve this?
    Thanks in advance!

Looks like you need to do some troubleshooting and maintenance if you're getting banding. Is it just in one color?

Hi, sorry the delay. Usually I get a banding mark when printing xxl, any size above b3. On every color and more visible on light coverage. Had eng.'s around trying to fix it but nothing better... Looks like there is a very fast stop or speed decrease between the detack and the sensor in area 3. Now, talking about, it can be on the fuser way out to the duplex.... Just wondering if anyone had this kind of issue and what can be done to tackle it.

There is a diagnostic program you can run to adjust the prefuser transport speed in relation to the pr belt speed.

Paper Path Timming, I believe that's the one. It only adjust the speed on A4 and SRA3. Did not tried changing to bigger stock's, but will give it a go. Thanks
