Xerox 242 lost connection to Bustled Fiery

    Hi All
    Over the last few days the connection has been dropping out to the fiery from command work station. I now cannot connect and print, the Network scanning option is greyed out. Any ideas

    No IP conflicts on network?

    Try a different network cable?

    No IP conflicts, only computer and printer on network as we moved I had to keep printer in garage, it has slowly been getting worse with connecting through CWS and also launching the Network scanning on the UI on the Xerox 242.
    I don't think the network cable could be at fault as above the Xerox struggles to connect to the RIP to aceess Network scanning. The UK had got wetter and colder and I', thinking the damp weather has affected the Bustled Fiery RIP.
    I can change the network cable connecting the Fiery to the Xerox, Is this a crossover cable?

    Hi All
    I have lost connection to Bustled Fiery, I have the attached screen showing the status of bustled Fiery, I have been told it could be software issue, does anyone know how to install I have the CD's.
