    error code on Duplo collator

What is a E-3-1 error code on a DC10000s? Does anyone know who to set up a new inverter?

    Hi sir:
    E-1:
This is displayed when the index pulse used for the
paper feed timing can Not be checked by main board.
    1) Is the driving belt loose?
    2)
When the power is turned off and then
turned on again 4 to 5 seconds later,
and the JOG key pressed, does the motor rotate?

    Hi sir;

    1) Check the driving belt., for loose, for damage , or lack of tension, minimun 1/8" of deflection

    2) If it does, check if the index sensor or index plate is dirty with paper bits, etc.
    • Check if the index plate is in the groove of the sensor properly.
    • If normal, the sensor or main board is faulty

I already checked what you told me and it keeps marking the same error; right when I also press the BIN button it marks the same error.
We think it could be the motor driver that is damaged. What do you think?

Try to test the Motor directly, see the ID plate of Motor, for to apply the correct voltage.

However did you test the index sensor +index plate ????, by loose wires, dirty, lack of voltage or defective???

    See what happens
